plastics, lithium-ion batteries, and rare earth recycling has
made him a pioneer in sustainable innovation.

electronics recycling, advancing circularity, and expanding
the company’s impact across the sector.
His contributions to industry-shaping initiatives, including his
role in developing battery waste management rules as part of
the NITI Aayog committee in 2022, underscore his deep
